The situation
Lattice’s coaches supplied 12–24 week training plans through a third-party application. The service had proved its value, but the business could not control the app’s roadmap or shape the experience around its own coaching methods.
My contribution
I worked across discovery, product, architecture and engineering, carrying the work through delivery with the REYT team.
The work
Worked with coaches to understand how plans were created and used, then shaped an MVP and a roadmap beyond the replacement. REYT built iOS and Android apps connected to the existing coaching desktop system. Training plans, coach conversations, weekly scheduling, session logs and complex timers brought the coaching service into one mobile experience.
The result
REYT delivered the application and support from go-live. The project gave Lattice a product it could shape around its own service, with a route for future development. The imagery shown here includes application designs.
